SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Symphonies in Boston, San Francisco plus Sydney have severed ties along with world-renowned conductor Charles Dutoit. Traditional orchestras in New York, Chicago plus Cleveland have announced that he’s taken his services for upcoming live shows. The reaction has been swift in the traditional music world following graphic lovemaking assault accusations made by three safari singers and a classical musician towards the Associated Press.
As symphonies around the world reacted to the detailed accounts, claims surfaced about Dutoit’s decades-long status for inappropriate behavior.
