LONDON (AP) — British police said Friday they have got launched a murder investigation in to the death of London-based Russian business person Nikolai Glushkov after an autopsy revealed that he died from compression setting to the neck.

Counterterrorism detectives are usually leading the case “because of the organizations Mr. Glushkov is believed to have experienced, ” the Metropolitan Police force mentioned.

Glushkov, 68, was an associate associated with Boris Berezovsky, a Russian oligarch plus strong Kremlin critic who passed away under disputed circumstances in 2013.
